Buffalo Chicken
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
Assembly
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Mix chicken, buffalo sauce, butter, garlic powder, and onion powder
Layer tortilla with cheese, buffalo chicken mixture
Add blue cheese and green onions
Fold tortilla in half
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden
