- 2 tablespoon Butter Melted
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Onion powder
- 4 Large flour tortillas
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend Shredded
- ¼ cup Blue cheese Optional,crumbled
- 2 Green onions Thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil For cooking
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing For serving
- Additional buffalo sauce For drizzling
Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic and onion powder
Lay tortillas flat and add cheese, chicken mixture, green onions, and blue cheese (optional)
Fold tortilla in half to seal the filling
Heat skillet, add oil, and cook quesadillas until golden brown, flipping once
Rest quesadillas for 1 minute, then cut into wedges and serve
