Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken Bites

  • 2 pounds chicken breast cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce for classic buffalo flavor
  • 4 tablespoon butter melted, mixed with hot sauce
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour for coating chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder adds flavor depth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika adds color and light smokiness

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Coat chicken pieces evenly in seasoned flour.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F or oven to 400°F.
  • Cook chicken for 12–14 minutes (air fryer) or 15–18 minutes (oven) until golden.
  • Melt butter and mix with hot sauce over low heat.
  • Toss cooked chicken in buffalo sauce until fully coated.
