Ingredients

Base

  • 3 large eggs room temperature for best results
  • 2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream

Filling

  • 1 cup broccoli florets small bite-sized pieces
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese sharp, grated

  • 2 tablespoons water for steaming broccoli

Instructions
