Ingredients

Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls Kept connected
  • 12 Large eggs
  • 8 Slices of bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 8 Slices American cheese Or cheddar
  • ¼ cup Whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Divided

Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 4 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice rolls horizontally without separating them.
  • Place bottom half in a greased 9x13 inch dish.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Melt butter in skillet and scramble eggs until just set.
  • Layer half of cheese on bottom rolls.
  • Spread scrambled eggs evenly over cheese.
  • Top with bacon and remaining cheese.
  • Add top half of rolls.
  • Mix garlic butter topping ingredients and brush over rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes until golden.
  • Let sliders rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
