Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice rolls horizontally without separating them.
Place bottom half in a greased 9x13 inch dish.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in skillet and scramble eggs until just set.
Layer half of cheese on bottom rolls.
Spread scrambled eggs evenly over cheese.
Top with bacon and remaining cheese.
Add top half of rolls.
Mix garlic butter topping ingredients and brush over rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes until golden.
Let sliders rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
