  • 1 Spatula To flip eggs
  • 1 Toaster or toaster oven For toasting bagel
  • 1 Sharp knife For cutting bagel
  • 1 Aluminum foil For wrapping on-the-go

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Bagel Everything, sesame, or plain
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 slices Cheese Cheddar, Swiss, or American
  • 2 strips Bacon or 1 sausage patty
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt & Pepper To taste
  • 1 slice Tomato optional
  • 2-3 leaves Spinach optional
  • 1 tablespoon Cream cheese optional
  • ¼ piece Avocado sliced, optional
  • 1 slice Red onion optional

Instructions

  • Slice bagel and toast until golden
  • Heat pan and melt butter
  • Crack eggs into pan, cook until whites set, flip once
  • Season eggs with salt and pepper
  • Place cheese on bottom bagel half
  • Add eggs, then bacon/sausage on top
  • Add vegetables/spreads if desired
  • Top with bagel half, press gently, wrap if needed
