Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and salt.
Toss blueberries with cornstarch and sugar.
Cream butter and sugars, beat in egg and vanilla.
Mix flour, soda, salt, graham crumbs, add to wet mixture.
Scoop dough, flatten, add cream cheese filling & blueberries.
Seal with dough, place on parchment-lined sheets.
Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
Cool 5 mins on sheet, transfer to rack.
