Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed Berries A mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries
  • 1 Banana Adds natural sweetness and creaminess

  • 0.5 cup Milk (of choice) Choose dairy or plant-based milk (almond, oat, etc.)

Instructions

  • Wash fresh berries (or use frozen) and gather ingredients. Slice banana, measure yogurt, and milk.
  • Add milk first, followed by yogurt, banana, berries, and ice into the blender.
  • Blend starting on low, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with fresh berries or mint.
