Heat vegetable oil in skillet, prepare rice & ingredients.
Cook onions for 2 minutes, add beef and cook 4–5 mins.
Stir in garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, cornstarch.
Pour sauce over beef, add broccoli, cook 2–3 mins.
Drizzle sesame oil, stir, serve over rice.
Garnish with green onions & sesame seeds.
