Ingredients

  • 2 whole Boneless skinless chicken breasts About 1 lb
  • ½ cup Barbecue sauce Divided
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking
  • Salt and pepper To taste
  • 4 pcs Naan breads or flatbread rounds Pizza base
  • ¼ cup Barbecue sauce For spreading
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded Main cheese
  • ½ cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded Adds tang
  • 1 medium Red onion, thinly sliced For topping
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped For garnish
  • Jalapeño slices Optional heat

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Cook chicken in a cast-iron skillet with olive oil until fully cooked.
  • Toss cooked chicken with ¼ cup barbecue sauce.
  • Slice chicken into thin strips.
  • Brush naan or flatbread with barbecue sauce.
  • Add chicken, onions, and jalapeños (if using) on top.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses evenly over toppings.
  • Bake on a pizza stone or baking sheet at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes.
  • Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra browning.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
