Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
Cut avocados, remove pits, and mash in a large bowl until smooth.
Add coconut sugar, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla; mix until combined.
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking soda; do not overmix.
Fold in ½ cup of chocolate chips; pour batter into the pan and sprinkle remaining chips on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until center is just set but soft.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes; lift out with parchment and cool fully before slicing.
