Ingredients

Salad Base

Vinaigrette

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  • Massage kale with olive oil and salt until soft
  • Slice apples and toast walnuts until fragrant
  • Whisk vinaigrette ingredients until well combined
  • Toss salad with dressing, rest 10 minutes, then serve
