Line an 8x8 pan with parchment.
Mix coconut, sugar, coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and salt.
Press mixture into pan and chill 20 mins.
Toast almonds, chop half, and mix with oil and honey.
Spread almond mix on coconut layer.
Melt chocolate with oil and stir in vanilla.
Pour chocolate over almonds and smooth evenly.
Chill 2 hours until set.
Cut into 16 squares and serve.
