Ingredients

  • 1 cup Natural almond butter Smooth or crunchy
  • cup Pure maple syrup Or honey as option
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea salt
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips Optional
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder Optional, for chocolate version
  • ¼ cup Chopped almonds Optional

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  • Mix almond butter and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  • Add maple syrup, vanilla, and salt, whisk until glossy.
  • Stir in cocoa, chocolate chips, or nuts if using.
  • Pour mixture into pan, tap to release air, spread evenly.
  • Chill in fridge at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Lift out with parchment and cut into squares.
