Ingredients

Alfredo Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter For Alfredo sauce

  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated for best melt

Cheese Filling

  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese For creamy layers
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded Divided
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For layers
  • 1 large Egg To bind ricotta mix
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped For freshness

Assembly

  • 12 pieces Lasagna noodles Traditional or no-boil
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, diced Optional protein
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach, chopped For greens
  • Extra Mozzarella cheese For topping

Instructions

  • Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, whisk in Parmesan, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, and parsley in a large bowl.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, and layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mix, chicken, spinach. Repeat layers.
  • Top with noodles, sauce, and mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then uncover and bake another 15 minutes until golden.
  • Rest 15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley.
