  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda

  • ½ cup Crushed pistachios Plus extra for topping
  • 3 large Ripe bananas Mashed
  • cup Butter Melted
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 1 large Egg Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Pure
  • ¼ cup Milk Whole or 2%
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips Optional
  • ¼ cup Chopped pistachios Optional, extra crunch
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional, added sweetness

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease loaf pan. Line with parchment.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pistachios in a bowl.
  • Mash bananas, then mix with butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and milk.
  • Combine wet and dry gently. Do not overmix.
  • Pour into pan, top with pistachios, and bake 55–60 minutes.
  • Cool 10 min in pan, then transfer to wire rack. Rest before slicing.
